Transportation between Helsinki and Tvärminne

A shuttle bus will take the participants from Helsinki to Tvärminne on the first day and back on the last day.

Locations:

City center: Charter bus stop on the east side of the railway square (Rautatientori), which is on the eastern side of the railway station. The building "Fennia" is opposite the bus stop on the other side of the street "Mikonkatu".	Airport: The charter bus stop in Helsinki-Vantaa airport.

Arrival:

14.20-14.40: The bus will be in the city center.
15.15 (approximately): The bus will be at the airport. We will wait until the last participant has reached the bus. In case your flight is delayed, cancelled, or you have questions concerning the transportation on that day, please call Stefan Geritz (+358407239764).
After that we will head towards Tvärminne, and pick up participants coming from Turku at the Karjaa station.
Participants arriving early can come to the bus already in the city centre.
The plan is to reach Tvärminne about 18 o'clock. We will have then a short evening session and a combined dinner and evening snack.

Departure: We leave Tvärminne after lunch, which is between 12 and 13. You can count on being at the airport at 15.00, so a departure around 16.00 or after would be good. If you wish to stay longer, the bus will take you to the Helsinki city center after leaving passengers to the airport.
